Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on opened or used perfume bottles due to health and safety regulations.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product. We will assist you with the return of the original item.

Return Shipping:
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.
